How can I place my order?
There are two easy ways to place your order with Game Day Sports:
- Order Online: Browse the online catalog, add your items to your cart, and then complete the checkout with billing and shipping information.
- Order by Telephone: Once you have chosen products from our online store, simply make a note of the name of the item(s) and call us at (858) 748-1004.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email will include tracking number and expected delivery time.
Is there a sales tax for online orders?
Yes. Taxes are calculated at the California State / County Codes.
Where does Game Day Sports ship?
Game Day Sports ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia right now. Order must be shipped within the Continental US and excludes APO/FPO addresses.
Can I combine several small orders to qualify for free shipping?
In order to receive free shipping, your total merchandise order before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $99. You can not combine multiple orders to reach that number. Small orders are more expensive to fulfill, so you’ll have to pay a $5.99 shipping charge on orders under $99— which means that building bigger carts will definitely get you better value.
Can I qualify for shipping if I want my order shipped to more than one address?
Your entire order of $99+ must be shipped to a single address to qualify for free shipping.
Can I make a special request on my delivery order?
When you enter your shipping and billing information, you will see a box to enter Order Comments. Please type your special request there, and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Can I return an order?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Will I pay shipping on a return?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
How will I recieve my refund?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Can I give my credit card number over the phone if I prefer?
All of our online transactions use our secure server, which utilizes a secure socket layer to protect your personal information. If you do not wish to transmit your credit card information over the internet, then please call us at (858) 748-1004.
