Shipping

The shipment time (the "usually ships within" time listed on the product page) is the time required to process and package your item. It does not include the transit time of a package. Shipment times are based on several factors, including how long it takes to obtain the item. Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will typically require additional time to process, whereas items in stock at our warehouse will be available for faster processing. Items that are custom decorated (vinyl heat press, embroidery, engraving, and screen printing) require more time to prepare before they are ready for shipment. Orders containing larger quantities of items can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you. In addition, the shipment time is affected by other items in your shopping cart. For instance, if you add one item that typically takes 24 hours to ship, and another item that requires 3 days to process, your entire order may require the longer of the two shipment times. In order to receive free shipping, your total merchandise order before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $99. (You can’t combine multiple orders to reach that number.) Small orders are more expensive to fulfill, so you’ll have to pay a $5.99 shipping charge on orders under $99 — which means that building bigger carts will definitely get you better value. MyGameDaySports.com only ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia right now. Order must be shipped within the Continental US and excludes APO/FPO addresses. Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All product returns require a Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. The returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition, still in its original shrink-wrapped packaging, along with any literature that came with the item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
